Test cooling, hot water, internet, lighting and the kitchen equipment you advertise. Record faults and maintenance contacts. A reliable essential is more useful than a decorative upgrade beside an unresolved problem.
Choose additions for the actual layout
A workspace needs suitable seating, lighting and power. A coffee machine needs cleaning instructions and a supply plan. Additional child-related equipment requires appropriate safety checks and an agreed cleaning process.
Check access and permissions
Verify parking allocation and shared pool or gym access for short-stay guests. Confirm any building conditions before installing locks or other equipment. Do not advertise hotel services simply because a residence shares a development with a hotel.
Maintain a replacement register
Record make, model, purchase date, warranty and replacement options. Ask for a furnishing and equipment review that includes maintenance practicality.
