Check the right to launch
Confirm the property’s approval and current building arrangements. Use permit support where needed; a furnishing handover is not itself authority to list.
Walk through the apartment
Test appliances, cooling, hot water, internet and access. Record keys and access devices. Photograph the inventory and list unresolved snags with an agreed owner and completion date.
Prepare turnover and arrival
Agree linen quantities, cleaning scope, restocking, guest instructions and emergency contacts. Verify that advertised parking and shared amenities are actually accessible under the property’s arrangements.
Sign off the listing
Check the photographs, bed configuration, capacity, available dates and charges against the real property. Start onboarding with Purple or discuss property setup.
