Plan who will manage listings, availability, guest enquiries, arrivals, cleaning, maintenance and reporting. Check the current obligations for your registration and keep the relevant records. Budget for your time as well as cash expenses.
What to agree with an operator
Request a written scope covering the permit process, listings, pricing, guest operations, repairs, expense approval and owner reporting. Confirm what remains your responsibility. A management agreement does not automatically remove all owner obligations.
Compare support for your circumstances
