DET’s registration service covers individuals and professional operators. Its permit service states that apartments and villas must be registered and approved before listing. Check the route that applies to your property and operating arrangement.
Prepare a property file
Gather ownership or authorisation records, unit identification and the property information requested in the current application. Check whether additional consents or building documents apply to your case. Use the live DET checklist rather than assuming an older document list is complete.
Separate approval from launch preparation
Documents are only one part of opening a holiday home. Review furnishing, safety, access arrangements, inventory, housekeeping and maintenance readiness. Confirm approval before publishing bookable availability, and keep the applicable ongoing obligations in your operating checklist.
Budget using current charges
